Bixpy Hobie® Mirage Pedal Adapter

This video describes the installation of a Bixpy J-1 PowerShroud™ Motor on the Pedal Drive WillFit™ Adapter for Hobie® MirageDrive® well. When using this adapter, you are replacing your MirageDrive pedal system with a Bixpy Motor. You can store your Bixpy Outboard Battery under the seat of some of the Hobie® Kayak or in the front storage compartments. If you store the battery in the front compartment, take special care to ensure your kill switch leash can reach you and will come off your battery in case of an emergency. Also, take special care not to hit anything on the bottom. Hitting anything with this adapter will result in damage to your thruster and/or kayak.
